Traffic Police help line by the name of Rahnuma 1915 is established to facilitate Karachi ties for the redressal of their complaints and problem about public transport and use of roads.

The citizens of Karachi can contact “Rahnuma 915” directly by landline 021-915 or by dialing 1915 by mobile phone or (dial 1915 by Ufone SIM) for the redressal of their problems.

Objectives

1.  General Information

Information relating to important Government  /semi Government, ambulance services, hospitals, fire bridges, bomb disposals, recreational/amusement places can sought from Rahnuma 1915. Information regarding bus routes and terminals can also be provided.

2.  Traffic Information

Immediate help will be provided as a First Aid to the injured on the spot and dispatched to the nearest hospital. Traffic can be diverted in case of major incident immediately.

3.  Advance Information        

On important occasions like Moharram-ul-Harram, Eid Millad-un-Nabi, general public will be informed in advance regarding closer and diversions of certain roads through Rahnuma 1915.

4.  Public Grievances

Complaints against high-handedness of traffic police and public transports can be lodged on the following accounts:
