After Seeking NOC from Interior Ministry Government of Pakistan, incorporate certification from Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan and NTN from Board of Revenue, Pakistan the company has been granted/acquired license to operate as Private Security agency in Sindh.

Under companies ordinance 1984 Sindh Police have established �POLICE WELFARE SECURITY SERVICES (PVT) Ltd, and wholly owned subsidiary of Sindh Welfare Trust, and shall function through the authorized nominees/ representatives of the said Trust.
