West Zone Police - Capacity Building Initiative

Under the direct and vision of DIGP West Zone, comprehensive training sessions for Complaint Management System (CMS) staff have been succcesfully conducted across West Zone, extending down to the police station level for the first time.

The initiative aims to strengthen public dealing, complaint handling, service delivery, ensuring a more responsive and citizen-centric police force. Officers and staff posted at complaint desks were trained to improve coordination, professionalism, and accountability.

This landmark effort reflects the comunity of DIGP West Zone toward institutional strengthening, improve service standards, and enhanced public trust in policing.

West Zone Police remain dedicated to continuose learning and reforms for effective public service.
