During ongoing crackdown against narcotics & vice dens from 01 May to 22 May 2026, West Zone Police registered 120 cases, arrested 157 accused and recovered 17.442 kg charas, 1.909 kg ice, heroin, crystal meth, liquor & other narcotics.

Commitment to a drug-free society continues.

Crackdown against sale of Gutka Mawa continued across West Zone Karachi.

From 1–23 May 2026, West Zone Police registered 208 Gutka/Mawa cases, arrested 260 accused and recovered 19,975 packets, 378.1 KG betel nut, and other contraband items. Crackdown against sale of Gutkha Mawa continues across West Zone Karachi.
